Bhl Revert

This is a component which reverts the site theme to the original Black Highlighter theme from SCP Wiki.
Preferably only use this as a base for themes (so you don't need to use a lot of code to do things like remove the dots from NuLiminal), not as a theme for a page.

At the very start of your theme page, put:

[[include :backrooms-pantheon:component:bhl-revert]]

BEFORE theme code and OUTSIDE of any [[iftags]]
